MR.INNOCENT HALIGAH
Mr. Innocent Haligah is the Acting Chief Director for the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources, bringing over two decades of distinguished public service experience to his role. A dedicated and results-driven professional, he is committed to excellence in governance, policy implementation, and stakeholder engagement. He holds a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management from the University of Ghana, Legon (2008), complementing his earlier Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Resource Development from the same institution (1998). His academic foundation was further strengthened by a Diploma in Public Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) in 2006. He is also a proud alumnus of Mawuli Senior High School (Haviwo) A certified member of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and Management Consultants-Ghana (CIAMC), he upholds the highest standards of professional integrity and leadership in public administration.
With a career spanning over 25 years, he has held key leadership roles across multiple Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs), including:
