For land registration, you will need the following documents:

  • 1. Site plan prepared by a licensed surveyor
  • 2. Proof of ownership (indenture, family declaration, etc.)
  • 3. Completed application form (Form 1A)
  • 4. Two passport-size photographs
  • 5. Two passport-size photographs
  • 6. Valid identification (Ghana Card, Passport, or Driver’s License)
  • 7. Search report from the Lands Commission
  • 8. Payment receipt for applicable fees
