PROFESSOR PATRICK AGBESINYALE,
CHIEF DIRECTOR
PROF. PATRICK AGBESINYALE is the Chief Director of the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources (Ghana).
Prof. Agbesinyale is an Educationist and Development Consultant with vast experience in Mining and Natural Resource Management. Until his appointment as Chief Director of the Ministry, He was an Associate Professor and the Director of the Institute for Development Studies, University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
He holds a PhD in Development Planning and Management from the University of Dortmund, Germany, a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Regional Development and Planning from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He also holds a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences (Geography with Political Science and Sociology) from the University of Ghana and has over Twenty Five years experience in the Public Service.
Prof. Patrick Agbesinyale has undertaken several research work in areas such as Artisanal Mining, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), a research study in Ghana’s Gold Rush and Regional Development among others. He also has many Books, Journals, and Conference papers to his credit.
